1. 수집 및 처리하는 정보

Love Bridge AI는 사용자가 선택한 기능과 허용한 권한에 따라 다음 정보를 처리합니다.

• 계정·프로필: 이메일, 로그인 제공자, Firebase 사용자 ID, 표시 이름, 프로필 사진, 성별, 생년월일 또는 출생연도, 상태 메시지, 언어와 앱 표시 언어
• 상대방 연결: 상대방 이메일·사용자 ID, 연결 요청 상태, 둘만의 공간 ID
• 대화·번역: 메시지 원문과 번역문, 읽음 상태, 답장과 스티커 사용 기록
• 둘만의 공간: 사진·영상, 댓글, 앨범 메모, 일정, 기념일과 홈 화면 설정
• 관계 지원 기능: 오늘의 브릿지 질문·답변, 브릿지 레터, AI가 기억한 나의 항목, 브릿지 인사이트와 같은 AI 생성 결과
• 개인 보관: 사용자가 저장한 비밀 메모와 관련 설정
• 통화: 음성 통화·화상 통화 요청과 상태, 연결 신호, 임시 세션 정보, 실시간 번역과 자막 생성을 위해 처리되는 통화 음성
• 구매·광고·추천: 이용권·구독·사용량, 스토어 주문 또는 결제 식별 정보, 보상형 광고 처리 결과와 광고 식별자, 친구 추천 코드·추천 관계·보상 상태
• 기기·알림·환경: 푸시 토큰, 앱이 생성한 기기 식별자, 플랫폼, OS와 앱 버전, 권한 상태, 허용하거나 입력한 위치, 시간대와 날씨 요약
• 고객지원·신고·운영: 문의 내용과 첨부 정보, 신고 대상·사유·처리 상태, 접속·오류·보안 기록과 부정 이용 방지 기록

2. 이용 목적

• 회원가입, 로그인, 프로필, 상대방 연결과 세션 유지
• 번역 채팅, 둘만의 공간, 오늘의 브릿지, 브릿지 레터, AI가 기억한 나와 브릿지 인사이트 제공
• 음성 통화·화상 통화 연결과 통화 중 실시간 번역·자막 제공
• 푸시 알림, 위치·시간대·날씨 표시, 고객지원과 신고 처리
• 이용권·구독·사용량·보상형 광고·구매 복원 처리
• 오류 분석, 보안, 부정 이용 방지와 서비스 안정성 개선

3. 외부 서비스 및 국외 처리

기능 이용 시 필요한 정보가 암호화된 네트워크를 통해 미국 등 각 제공자가 운영하는 국외 데이터센터로 전송되어 처리될 수 있습니다. 정보는 기능 제공, 계약과 법령 준수에 필요한 기간 동안만 처리되며 제공자 정책과 KevinHouse의 삭제 요청이 적용됩니다.

• Firebase·Google Cloud: 인증, 데이터베이스, 파일 저장, 서버 기능, 푸시 알림과 호스팅
• Google Gemini API: 메시지 번역, 오늘의 브릿지·브릿지 레터 기반 AI 결과, 통화 음성의 실시간 번역과 자막 처리
• Google AdMob: 보상형 광고, 광고 식별자 처리, 광고 측정과 부정 광고 방지
• Cloudflare TURN: 음성 통화·화상 통화 연결 보조
• OpenStreetMap Nominatim·Open-Meteo: 위치 라벨과 날씨 요약
• Apple App Store·Google Play: 결제, 구독, 환불과 구매 복원
• Apple Push Notification service·Firebase Cloud Messaging·운영체제 알림 서비스: 푸시 알림 전달

4. 보관 및 삭제

앱에서 회원 탈퇴가 완료되면 인증 계정, 프로필·프로필 사진, 기기 토큰, 연결 요청·초대 코드, 개인 사용량, 비밀 메모, 오늘의 브릿지 답변, 브릿지 레터, AI가 기억한 나, 친구 추천 코드·관계·보상 장부 등 본인 전용 정보는 즉시 삭제 대상이 됩니다.

메시지, 사진·영상·댓글, 일정, 기념일, 브릿지 인사이트와 통화 연결 기록 등 둘만의 공간 정보는 두 사용자의 접근이 모두 종료된 뒤 30일 후 삭제합니다. 다른 사용자가 계속 연결된 활성 공간은 탈퇴한 사용자의 연결과 접근을 먼저 종료합니다.

결제·구독 확인, 고객지원·신고·분쟁, 보안과 부정 이용 방지 기록은 법령 준수, 환불·분쟁 처리와 서비스 보호에 필요한 최소 범위에서 별도로 보관할 수 있으며, 목적 또는 법정 보관기간이 끝나면 삭제하거나 비식별화합니다.

회원 탈퇴는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 구독을 자동 취소하지 않습니다. 구독은 탈퇴 전에 해당 스토어에서 별도로 취소해야 합니다.

5. 이용자의 권리와 아동 보호

• 앱에서 프로필·언어·알림·위치 설정을 변경하고 상대방 연결을 해제할 수 있습니다.
• 설정의 계정 관리에서 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있고, 로그인할 수 없으면 계정 삭제 안내 URL의 이메일 절차를 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지 등 추가 요청은 개인정보 문의 이메일로 접수할 수 있습니다.
• 서비스는 만 14세 이상 사용자를 대상으로 하며 아동·청소년 성적 착취, 불법 촬영물, 성적 유인, 괴롭힘과 협박을 금지합니다.

1. Information we collect and process

Love Bridge AI processes the following information depending on the features you use and permissions you grant.

• Account and profile: email, sign-in provider, Firebase user ID, display name, profile photo, gender, date or year of birth, status, languages, and app display language
• Partner connection: partner email and user ID, connection-request status, and shared-space ID
• Chat and translation: original and translated messages, read status, replies, and sticker usage
• Shared space: photos, videos, comments, album notes, schedules, milestones, and Home settings
• Relationship-support features: Today’s Bridge questions and answers, Bridge Letters, AI Memory items, Bridge Insights, and other AI-generated results
• Private storage: private notes and related settings saved by the user
• Calls: voice and video call requests and status, connection signals, temporary session data, and call audio processed for real-time translation and captions
• Purchases, advertising, and referrals: passes, subscriptions, usage, store order or purchase identifiers, rewarded-ad results, advertising identifiers, friend-referral codes and relationships, and reward status
• Device, notification, and context: push tokens, app-generated device ID, platform, OS and app version, permission status, allowed or entered location, time zone, and weather summary
• Support, reports, and operations: inquiry text and attachments, report target, reason and status, access, error and security logs, and anti-abuse records

2. How we use information

• Create accounts, sign users in, manage profiles and partner connections, and maintain sessions
• Provide translated chat, the shared space, Today’s Bridge, Bridge Letters, AI Memory, and Bridge Insights
• Connect voice and video calls and provide real-time translation and captions during calls
• Send notifications, display location, time-zone and weather context, and handle support and reports
• Process passes, subscriptions, usage, rewarded ads, purchases, and restoration
• Analyze errors, improve security and stability, and prevent abuse

3. Providers and international processing

When a feature is used, necessary data may be transmitted over encrypted networks to data centers outside your country, including the United States and other countries where providers operate. Providers process it only as needed for the feature, contracts, and legal duties, subject to their policies and KevinHouse deletion requests.

• Firebase and Google Cloud: authentication, database, file storage, server functions, push notifications, and hosting
• Google Gemini API: message translation, AI results based on Today’s Bridge and Bridge Letters, and call-audio processing for real-time translation and captions
• Google AdMob: rewarded ads, advertising-identifier processing, ad measurement, and advertising-fraud prevention
• Cloudflare TURN: voice and video call connection assistance
• OpenStreetMap Nominatim and Open-Meteo: location labels and weather summaries
• Apple App Store and Google Play: purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and restoration
• Apple Push Notification service, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and operating-system notification services: push delivery

4. Retention and deletion

When in-app account deletion completes, your authentication account, profile and profile photo, device tokens, connection requests and invite codes, private usage, private notes, Today’s Bridge answers, Bridge Letters, AI Memory items, friend-referral mappings, and reward ledgers become subject to immediate deletion.

Messages, photos, videos, comments, schedules, milestones, Bridge Insights, and call-connection records in a shared space are deleted 30 days after access has ended for both users. If the other user remains in an active shared space, your connection and access end first.

Purchase or subscription verification, support, report, dispute, security, and anti-abuse records may be separately retained to the minimum extent needed for law, refunds, disputes, and service protection. They are deleted or de-identified when the purpose or legal period ends.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in the relevant store before account deletion.

5. Your rights and protection of children

• You can change profile, language, notification, and location settings and disconnect your partner in the app.
• You can request deletion under Account management in Settings. If you cannot sign in, follow the email process at the account-deletion URL.
• Contact the privacy email to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction.
• The service is intended for users aged 14 or older and prohibits sexual exploitation, illegal recordings, grooming, harassment, and threats involving children or teenagers.
