이용약관

1. 서비스와 계정

Love Bridge AI는 연결된 두 사용자가 메시지, 사진, 일정과 통화를 나누고 메시지와 통화 음성을 AI로 번역할 수 있도록 돕는 서비스입니다. 공개 커뮤니티나 불특정 다수와의 만남을 위한 서비스가 아닙니다.

사용자는 본인이 사용할 권한이 있는 계정으로 로그인해야 합니다.
상대방 연결 요청을 취소·거절하거나 연결을 해제할 수 있습니다.
상대방 연결 해제는 계정을 유지하면서 둘만의 공간 접근만 종료하는 기능이며 회원 탈퇴와 다릅니다.
회원 탈퇴 시 계정과 개인 정보는 복구할 수 없으며, 둘만의 공간 정보는 개인정보처리방침의 삭제 기준을 따릅니다.

2. 사용자 콘텐츠와 AI 기능

사용자가 입력하거나 업로드한 메시지, 사진, 영상, 댓글, 일정, 기념일, 오늘의 브릿지 답변과 브릿지 레터에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 콘텐츠는 연결된 상대방에게 표시되고 기능 제공, 번역, 알림, 보안과 고객지원에 필요한 범위에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

메시지 번역과 통화 중 실시간 자막을 포함한 AI 결과는 완전하거나 정확하다고 보장할 수 없습니다. 의료, 법률, 금융, 안전 등 중요한 결정에는 결과만 의존하지 말고 별도로 확인해야 합니다.

3. 유료 기능, 구독과 환불

가입 후 앱 안에서 별도의 7일 무료 이용기간이 시작되며 스토어 구독 무료체험은 아닙니다.

채팅 번역 월간 구독은 자격이 있는 신규 구독자의 첫 1개월을 50% 할인하고 이후 월 19,800원에 자동 갱신됩니다. 결제 주기마다 번역 6,000건을 제공하며 남은 건수는 이월되지 않습니다.

번역 건수는 현재 연결된 상대방과 함께 사용합니다. 연결을 해제하면 구독은 결제한 사용자에게 남고 이전 상대방의 공유 이용은 종료됩니다.

음성 통화 이용권은 30분, 화상 통화 이용권은 15분인 별도 일회성 소모 상품입니다. 무료 통화 시간은 없고 통화에는 해당 이용권이 필요합니다.

유료 채팅 번역 7일 이용권, 유료 하트와 플러스 멤버십은 판매하지 않습니다.

자동 갱신 취소는 환불과 다르며 이미 결제한 기간의 종료일까지 이용할 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제나 회원 탈퇴만으로 스토어 구독이 자동 취소되지 않습니다.

환불은 결제한 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 정책과 절차를 따릅니다. 결제 오류나 중복 결제 문의에는 스토어, 상품명, 주문번호 또는 영수증 정보를 포함해 주세요.

4. 금지 행위와 운영 조치

금지 행위가 확인되거나 합리적으로 의심되면 콘텐츠 삭제, 기능·계정 제한, 혜택 회수 또는 관계 기관 신고 등 필요한 조치를 할 수 있습니다.

타인의 계정 무단 사용, 사칭, 괴롭힘, 협박, 명예훼손과 불법 콘텐츠 전송
아동·청소년 성적 착취, 불법 촬영물, 성적 유인과 안전 위해 행위
상대방 동의 없이 개인정보, 사진, 영상 또는 대화를 공개·유포하는 행위
역설계, 공격, 자동화 남용, 보안 우회, 부정 결제와 환불 제도 악용

Terms of Use

1. Service and accounts

Love Bridge AI helps two connected users share messages, photos, schedules, and calls and use AI translation for messages and call audio. It is not a public community or service for meeting unspecified people.

Use only an account you are authorized to use.
You may cancel or decline a partner connection request or disconnect a partner.
Disconnecting keeps the account but ends shared-space access. It is different from account deletion.
Deleted accounts and private data cannot be restored. Shared-space data follows the Privacy Policy deletion rules.

2. User content and AI features

You are responsible for messages, photos, videos, comments, schedules, milestones, Today’s Bridge answers, and Bridge Letters you submit. Content may be visible to your connected partner and processed as needed for features, translation, notifications, security, and support.

AI output, including message translation and real-time call captions, is not guaranteed to be complete or accurate. Do not rely on it alone for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other important decisions.

3. Paid features, subscriptions, and refunds

A separate seven-day in-app trial starts after sign-up. It is not a store subscription free trial.

Eligible new subscribers receive 50% off the first month of the chat translation monthly subscription. It then renews at KRW 19,800 and provides 6,000 translations per billing period. Unused translations do not roll over.

The allowance is shared with the currently connected partner. After disconnection, the subscription remains with the purchaser and the former partner loses shared access.

The voice call pass provides 30 minutes and the video call pass provides 15 minutes as separate one-time consumables. There is no free call time, and a valid pass is required.

Paid seven-day chat translation passes, paid hearts, and Plus Membership are not sold.

Canceling auto-renewal is not a refund, and access continues until the paid period ends. Deleting the app or account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Refunds follow the Apple App Store or Google Play policy where the purchase was made. Include the store, product, order number, or receipt when contacting support about billing errors or duplicate charges.

4. Prohibited conduct and enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features or accounts, recover benefits, or report to authorities when prohibited conduct is confirmed or reasonably suspected.

Unauthorized account use, impersonation, harassment, threats, defamation, or illegal content
Sexual exploitation, illegal recordings, grooming, or other harm involving children or teenagers
Sharing personal information, photos, videos, or conversations without consent
Reverse engineering, attacks, automated abuse, bypassing security, fraudulent payments, or refund abuse
